Our work together may include exploring your thoughts and experiences, identifying patterns and triggers, and developing coping strategies that feel effective and sustainable. When appropriate, we can also assess the need for a referral to a psychiatrist for additional support, including medication.

We specialize in adoption, with a focus on supporting families where interracial (sometimes called transracial) adoptions have occurred. For children of color in predominantly white communities, we recognize the intricate dynamics they face and prioritize discussions around identity and belonging, helping clients articulate and understand their experiences in these contexts We also provide guidance for families involved with child protective services, regardless of the case goal, including supervised visitation and parenting classes.

We focus on strengthening executive functioning skills, identifying challenges and finding solutions, and supporting parents with positive discipline approaches. Education on child development is also provided to help better understand behavior across stages.

Life transitions, whether expected or unexpected, can shift how we see ourselves and how we move through the world. Changes like starting a new school or job, relationship shifts, parenthood, relocation, or redefining identity can bring stress, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. In therapy, we make space to process what’s changing, strengthen your sense of self, and build practical ways to navigate what’s next with clarity and confidence.

Services include court-ordered individual therapy, court-mandated parenting classes, parent–child interactive therapy, and reunification therapy, delivered in a structured and clinically informed setting.
